World Tai Chi and Qigong Day was GREAT !!

Thank you all so very much! Curious members of the public outnumbered students, the weather was terrific (especially after Dividing The Clouds), and the hospitality of the College of Southern Maryland could not have been better. Pics are here.

Sifu Chin does it again!

Sifu Chin brought the Sin Tien Wuji roadshow with him to Wildewood again. 22 lucky participants got to stand in the Fire! Sifu Chris Heinzman, who has been with Sifu Chin for 17 years, demo'd as Sifu Chin brought out the finer points of this impressive system. Then on Saturday night, Yvonne at China Harbor in Solomons put out a 10 course Chinese banquet for us. The food just kept coming! Somehow, we managed to get up again on Sunday and do the Level 2 workhshop. To say a good time was had by all would be understatement.

Oh yes, before any of my students get too loud, Sifu Chin awarded me my Level II Instructor's Certificate. This was a great surprise for everyone, and an incredible honor for my wife and I. Thank you Sifu Chin!

Presidential Attention (well, almost)

Russell has been awarded the title Medical Qigong Therapist.

This is in recognition of 500 hours of study, testing, and evaluation under the tutelage of Ted J. Cibik, DMQ, ND, HFI at Inner Strength in Leechburg, Pennsylvania. Woot! (Archived May 17,2006)
